How do I know when to “check or raise” in Texas Holdem poker?
Yes, I sometimes play “Home” Poker w/ my family sometimes but I don’t know when it is the right time to Check or Raise? How do I know which actions to do?
When I play I check just to try to get an idea of what kind of hands my opponents have. I raise if I am fairly certain I have a great hand. I don’t like playing with wild cards. Nothing makes me madder then to have a full house or something with legitimate cards then get beat by my opponent with a handful of wilds.
